Customer Services Manager
Responsibilities:
* Manage the operations of Admission, Domestic and Customer Services for immediate improvement by achieving operational targets, maximizing resources utilization and implementing best work practices
* Review existing practices by formulating strategic and tactical plans to drastically improve customer services and upgrade our service standards by establishing relevant standards, policies and procedures
* Explore new service and operational initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency and effectiveness
* Motivate team members to provide excellent customer services to patients, internal customers and related parties aiming at fostering internal and external customer comfort and satisfaction
* Think strategically and work tactically with focus in establishing professional forces to meet future hospital development
* Prepare annual budget and monitor expenditures so as to obtain maximum revenues
Requirements:
* Bachelor degree holder in Hotel Management, Hospitality or related disciplines
* Minimum 5 years’ relevant experiences preferably in 5-star hotel or hospital setting
* Proficiency in Oracle, SAP and other office softwares and technologies
* Possess strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and management skills with customer service oriented mindset in dealing with different kinds of walks
* Be self-motivated, assertive and decent with strong desire to deliver quality services
* Good spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
* Those candidates possess less experiences will be considered for another post of Customer Services Supervisor
