Company Description

The principal activities of the Group are property investment and development in Hong Kong, China and Asia Pacific.

Job Requirements:

*
Provide administrative support for the Sales & MarketingTeam under limited supervision
*
Respond to customers and prospective customers in an efficient and professional manner
*
Organize and distribute incoming correspondences and courier documents
*
Provide office administrative support on ad-hoc assignments when required
*
To create/ generate property listings and take property photos for company webpages
*
To update property database with accuracy
*
Provide pro-sales services to customers



Job Requirements:

*
Bachelor degree with 1-2 years' relevant experience in sales & marketing support in a high-volume, fast-paced, results-oriented business environment
*
Candidates with relevant experience in real estate or agency industry given priority
*
Willingness to go beyond the call of duty to get the job done
*
Ability to multi-task and to take on additional duties where necessary
*
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
*
Good command of English and Chinese
*
Good PC skills as well as accurate typing skill
*
Pleasant, mature & independent with strong sense of responsibility
*
Stable and reliable required
*
Willing to traveling / station in PRC
