Assistant Manager - Customer Services (toys testing lab) Post Date: 26 Jun 09
Responsibilities :
* Lead a Customer Services team to deliver quality customer services to our clients in coordination of all our services derived from clients' queries, especially on the safety testing and conformity of consumer products, such as toys, juvenile products, furniture, hard goods, etc
* Review, clarify requirement with clients and answer clients’ enquiries in a professional manner, collect all necessary material and information to concerning labs for further lab testing
* Coordinate with internal labs to handle complaints and satisfy customers’ needs by providing efficient feedback and best solutions.
* Maintain, implement and improve an effective and user-friendly system we use with clients for data capturing and data sharing.
* Enhance client relationships through the provision of professional related support services from client enquiry to coordination, execution, reporting and customer care.
Requirements:
* Degree or above in any disciplines
* Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
* Minimum 5 years of customer services experience in commercial testing laboratory, manufacturing, trading, buying office or merchandising field, of which 3 years at supervisory or managerial capacity
* Strong interpersonal skills with positive attitude
* Able to work under pressure in a high stress environment
* Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
