We are a retailing company in Hong Kong with over 13 outlet stores. To cope with our rapid expansion, we are looking for energetic and high calibre person to join our team:


Assistant Customer Service Manager Post Date: 26 Jun 09

Responsibilities:



* Manages the daily operations on order processing & closely monitor sales order status
* Coordinates with warehouse and customers to ensure timely material delivery to/return from customer
* Generates weekly & monthly reports on sales and KPI to either management or customers
* Conducts case reviews / participates in meetings when necessary to support the requirements of Sales and Merchandising Department and ensure customer satisfaction
* Answers service hotlines, customer enquiries and handles customer complaints
* Coordinates & supervises the team to assure the performance and level of output
* Ensures the team is applying the given Standard Operating Procedures and Instructions

Requirements:

* Degree with minimum of 4-year working experience, preferably in retail industry
* Experience in order fulfillment and delivery service is a MUST
* Knowledge in Furniture/Electronic Appliance/AV Products is a definite asset
* Good at spoken and written English, Mandarin & Cantonese.
* Excellent MS Office Application, particular in Microsoft Excel
* Good telephone manner , service attitude and detailed oriented
* Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and schedules in a dynamic and challenging environment
* Immediate available is preferred
