We are an agent of an oil company in Hong Kong which is now looking for an energetic individual with progressive career prospects to join us.


Senior Customer Service Officer Post Date: 09 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

*
Monitor and maintain the service standard of a customer service team with eight members.
*
Prepare performance reports for the team
*

Motivate the team member in order to maintain the efficiency of the daily operation of the company
*

Organize and reallocate the workflow in order to enhance the efficiency of the operation
*

Maintain good relationship with the customers.
*

Weekly and monthly sales report preparation
*

Direct report to the general manager.



Requirements

*
Tertiary education background
*

Minimum 3 years relevant experience in service / customer care sector .(with a least 2 years experience in management level, i.e.leading a service team)
*

Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
*

Solid experience in doing reports
*

Highly self-motivated, analytical and good leading skills to achieve goals.
*

Able to work under pressure and independently with good planning and organizational skills.
*

Candidate with lower education level but rich experience will also be considered.
