We are now looking for a high caliber candidate to take up the following position in our Service Department of BMW operation in Macau:


Manager - Service Post Date: 27 Jun 09

Responsibilities:

*
To manage and monitor the daily service operations in Macau in compliance with BMW standard
*
To improve the process flow and maintain overall efficiency/productivity of the service team
*
To implement strategies and achieve the service targets
*
To handle, follow up customer complaints and promote the customer care quality
*
To supervise the service functions



Requirements:

*
At least 10 years' solid experience in automobile vehicle service, in which three years in managerial level
*
Degree / Diploma holder in automobile mechanical engineering or related disciplines
*
Excellent leadership skill, strong sense of responsibility and commitment
*
Good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
*
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
*
Good command of both spoken & written English
*
Proficient in MS Office application
*
Willing to station in Macau is a MUST
