Senior Executive, QTS Quality Assurance Post Date: 26 Jun 09
Responsibilities:

* Monitor the processing of both the new and renewal QTS applications for retail, restaurant, visitor accommodation and hair salon industries to ensure a smooth execution

* Monitor the performance of the consultants of the QTS Scheme to ensure smooth operation of the scheme

* Assist in the continuous enhancement of the QTS Scheme to meet the ever changing business environment and visitors¡¦ needs

* Maintenance of the Operation Manual of the QTS Scheme to ensure the most up-to-date procedures are documented

* Manage regular reporting, budgetary control and all the related financial documents

* Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by Manager


Requirements:

* University graduate with at least 6 years experience in customer service, management or tourism-related industries, of which 2 years should be supervisory level

* Hands-on experience in quality management/consultant management preferable

* Good understanding of Hong Kong retail and restaurant trade is an advantage

* Attuned to industry trends, attention to details, strong in problem solving and with analytical mind

* Good communications and interpersonal skills

* Good project management and leadership skills

* Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

* Good computer literacy and knowledge in MS Word and Excel is a MUST

* Work under pressure and able to work independently
