Major Responsibility
*
To assist the Manager to monitor the site performance of field personnel in the delivery of quality customer services
*
To ensure the fleet can deliver reliable, cost efficient, and quality security service to clients
*
To maintain standards of discipline and welfare amongst all uniformed staff in accordance with the Company’s disciplinary practice and welfare programs
*
To ensure that assignment instructions are updated and undertake risk assessment to ensure client’s interests are reflected
*
To maintain constant contact with clients for relationship building and close follow-up
*
To manage and develop site-based officers
Qualification
*
Possessing professional security and safety management qualification
*
6 to 8 years’ operational experience in security and customer service industry
*
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in operational and/or business management
*
Proven ability to promote and provide high level of service deliverables
*
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
*
Good communication and interpersonal skills
*
Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications and programs
*
Possessing valid driving license (classes 1 & 2)

Responsibilities:
The incumbent wil work in our Inspection team and be required to:
* Drive client management process aimed at optimizing business growth and retention
* Coach and supervise the operations program management team in carrying out jobs and achieving goals
* Serve as key contact point for key accounts responsible for communication, change of procedures, regional project execution, new services opportunities and issues resolution
* Meet with customers to review and solicit feedback, difficulties, key risks and opportunities with recommendation to management
* Coordinate review and feedback to internal and external customers for initial set-up of client's procedures, processes or new projects
* Provide training on program procedures, processes or new projects
* Prepare presentation and service proposals, support sales plans, budgets, monthly reports and customer visit summary preparation
* Collect market intelligence on competitive analysis, trends and opportunities for strategic decisions
Job Requirements:
* Degree or above in Business Administration or Technical disciplines
* Over 5 years work experience with minimum 2 years in consumer products or quality assurance area
* At least 1 year supervisory experience
* Exposure to sales management, marketing and customer services functions in the service industry
* Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Energetic, self-motivated team player able to lead by example and deliver results

Assistant Manager - Customer Services (toys testing lab) Post Date: 26 Jun 09
Responsibilities :
* Lead a Customer Services team to deliver quality customer services to our clients in coordination of all our services derived from clients' queries, especially on the safety testing and conformity of consumer products, such as toys, juvenile products, furniture, hard goods, etc
* Review, clarify requirement with clients and answer clients’ enquiries in a professional manner, collect all necessary material and information to concerning labs for further lab testing
* Coordinate with internal labs to handle complaints and satisfy customers’ needs by providing efficient feedback and best solutions.
* Maintain, implement and improve an effective and user-friendly system we use with clients for data capturing and data sharing.
* Enhance client relationships through the provision of professional related support services from client enquiry to coordination, execution, reporting and customer care.
Requirements:
* Degree or above in any disciplines
* Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese
* Minimum 5 years of customer services experience in commercial testing laboratory, manufacturing, trading, buying office or merchandising field, of which 3 years at supervisory or managerial capacity

Responsibilities :
* Lead a Customer Services team to deliver quality customer services to our clients in coordination of all our services derived from clients' queries, especially on the safety testing and conformity of consumer products, such as toys, juvenile products, furniture, hard goods, etc
* Review, clarify requirement with clients and answer clients’ enquiries in a professional manner, collect all necessary material and information to concerning labs for further lab testing
* Coordinate with internal labs to handle complaints and satisfy customers’ needs by providing efficient feedback and best solutions.
* Maintain, implement and improve an effective and user-friendly system we use with clients for data capturing and data sharing.
* Enhance client relationships through the provision of professional related support services from client enquiry to coordination, execution, reporting and customer care.
Requirements:
* Degree or above in any disciplines
* Proficient in spoken and written English & Chinese

Job
Reporting to Senior Manager (Finance Development & Costing), the incumbent is responsible for the provision of executive and administrative support for the Head Office Finance Division. Key responsibilities include:
1. Serve as the focal point for the implementation of a structured staff training and development program for the Finance function
a. planning, coordinating and organizing training activities (e.g. seminars, workshops, sharing sessions etc.).
b. keeping and maintenance of centralized training records.
c. coordinating for the implementation of various staff engagement programs and organizational development initiatives.
2. Assist in administration of the Finance Division in areas such as personnel, office accommodation, central filing, document control and maintenance of Finance intranet.
3. Assist subject officer(s) in the management and co-ordination of activities for new initiatives /projects and ad hoc assignments:-
a. drafting of papers, reports and presentation materials as well as responding to enquiries raised internally or externally.

Job Responsibilities:
* Assist the General Sales Manager to Handle enquiries and complaints with customers
* Manage local and overseas distributors to achieve company¡¦s sales targets and long term business growth
* Monitor daily retail sales records and marketing activities
* Achieve sales target through customer development and penetration
* Bring in new business or customer and develop new accounts
* Maintain close business relationship with major customers and offer effective support
* Generate analysis and report for management review
Job Requirements:
* University graduate with at least 2 year' sales & marketing experience gained from electronic industry
* Self-motivated, independent, energetic with aggressive characters
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Proficiency in MS Office application and English &Chinese Word Processing
* Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, fluent Mandarin is preferable

Senior Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Manager Post Date: 24 Jun 09
Responsibilities :
* Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives to foster brand awareness, and position the company as a thought leader in the online property space in the SAR and region
* Coordindate efforts for PR, online and offline marketing, branding, advertising, collaterals, partnerships etc
* Take charge of web content development and website update as appropriate
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players and relevant partners
* Manage SEM and online promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the network of websites

Senior Marketing Officer / Assistant Marketing Manager Post Date: 24 Jun 09
Responsibilities :
* Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives to foster brand awareness, and position the company as a thought leader in the online property space in the SAR and region
* Coordindate efforts for PR, online and offline marketing, branding, advertising, collaterals, partnerships etc
* Take charge of web content development and website update as appropriate
* Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key industry players and relevant partners
* Manage SEM and online promotional campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to the network of websites
* Build relationships with key members of the media and secure positive media coverage
* Develop presentation materials, collaterals, premiums to support efforts of the sales team
* Work with regional counterparts for marketing, membership promotion, newsletter, magazines etc
* Work with local sales team for clients' follow up and campaign management
Requirements:
* Degree with strong marketing/business focus with minimum of 2 years in a similar capacity. Candidates with agency account servicing background will be considered
* Experience in property-related industry and online marketing will be an advantage
* Proven track record in the development and execution of innovative and effective marketing plans / strategies
* Highly motivated with demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and as part of a sales & marketing team
* Excellent written and oral communication skills (English and Chinese)
* Good problem solving skills and time management skills

Company Description
We are a well-established Electronic Consumer product Company in KWAI CHUNG with manufacturing plant in PRC invities high caliber and diligent candidates to apply the following position :
MARKETING EXECUTIVE / MARKETING TRAINEE Post Date: 16 Jun 09
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Responsible for handle new overseas business accounts and project coordination independently;
- Responsible for marketing research, customer enquiries, report and information analysis and other marketing support activities;
- Work closely and liaise with all relevant parties to minimize potential risk and to achieve the best growth.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent;
- At least 4 years solid sales experience in consumer electronic manufacturing industry;
-- Strong in communication and negotiation skills, marketing sense and leadership;
- Good team player with high degree of responsibility and integrity;
- Initiative, well organized, result-oriented and able to meet tight deadline, work under pressure and have a positive working attitude;
- Proficient in PC operation (MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing);
- Occasional travel to overseas is required;
- GOOD COMMAND OF SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH ; and
- Immediate available is highly preferable.
