Responsibilities:

To support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
health promotion actives/ programmes related to prevention of both
communicable and non-communicable diseases at district levels.
To undertake research related to the development and end enhancement of
setting-based health promotion in district levels, including building up
and maintaining research data; and to compile reports to monitor the
progress and outcome related the setting-based health promotion programmes
To assist in developing resource materials to support setting-based
health promotion programmes
To liaise with other stakeholders and mobilize alliances to support
Department's health promotion strategy in the community
To supervise project officers in carrying out their duties especially in
implementation of health promotion programmes


Requirements:

A Hong Kong Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 7 years post-degree working experience; preference will be
given to applicants with post-graduate degree and experience in dealing
with non-government organizations
Have good knowledge and/or relevant experience in conducting research on
health promotion, developing written proposals, action plans, data
management and presentations including report writing
Experience with programme/project mangement including development,
planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision
Proficiency in Chinese and English writing with grade C or above in
HKCEE or equivalent
Flkuent Cantonese and English, preferably be able to speak Putonghua
Self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills

Salary: $20,740 per month

Entry Requirements: (1) Completed Form 5 with 5 subjects at Grade “E” or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (including Chinese Language, English Language (Syllabus B) and Mathematics) or equivalent. For those sitting for HKCEE in 2007 or after, at Level 2 or above for Chinese Language and English Language; (2) A minimum of 8 years’ full-time working experience with good job records, including 2 years at supervisory level. Experience in handling assessment and/or customer services would be an advantage; (3) Independent, self-motivated, able to work under pressure, strong analytical mind and good leadership and inter-personal skills; (4) Good command of both oral and written English and Chinese with effective communication skills; and (5) Skilful in the operation of computer softwares (e.g. MS Word, Excel, etc).

Notes: (1) Applicants must provide supporting documents proving that they have attained the above-mentioned academic qualifications and working experience. Applications will not be considered if the applicants fail to provide the supporting documents. Duties: (1) To assess the eligibility of applicants for student financial assistance under the financial assistance schemes administered by the Agency; (2) To perform outdoor investigation/authentication work (including paying home visits to successful applicants); (3) To train and supervise a team of clerical staff in processing applications including checking the application data, data input, issuing/filing of notifications etc.; (4) To investigate complaints; (5) To liaise with schools and other government departments for processing the applications for student financial assistance; and (6) To answer enquiries from the public and schools.

Terms of Appointment: The successful candidate(s) will be appointed on non-civil service contract terms for one year.

Fringe Benefits: (1) A gratuity may be granted upon satisfactory completion of the contract with consistently satisfactory standard of performance and conduct. The amount of gratuity payable, when added to the Government’s contribution to a Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) scheme required by the MPF Schemes Ordinance (Cap. 485), equals 10% of the total basic salary drawn during the contract period; and (2) 12 days of annual leave whereas rest days, public holidays, maternity leave and sickness allowance, where appropriate, will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Ordinance.

Product Specialist Post Date: 09 Jul 09

Responsibilities:

*
Work with sales team on business development
*
Market research and support of Marketing Initiatives: marketing tools, regular e-news, conferences, and presentation materials
*
Evaluate product and technology trends in the industry to drive product development
*
Conduct sales team and customer service training
*
Project management
*
System Administration of product platform



Qualifications:

*
Minimum 2 years experience in business development
*
University degree, IT experience a plus
*
Proficient in spoken and written English and good command in Chinese including Putonghua
*
Mature and outgoing and able to establish rapport with people at all levels
*
Strong knowledge of online development and web technology
*
Able to work under pressure, take initiative and think out of the box

Responsibilities:



Responsible for all sales matters including product sourcing, selling, preparation of products specifications and sales follow-up.



Requirements:





- University graduate in economics or marketing preferred but not essential;

- 5 – 8 years experience in the field of building materials preferably in ironmongery and project experience;

- Possess experience in selling hardwares products in Hong Kong, Macau and PRC market, with certain people connection with architect firms and developers;

- Liaise and explore business opportunities in building maintenance and construction projects;

- Possess very good people skill, self organized and aggressive;

- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.

Attain assigned sales objectives and maximize sales opportunity

Develop a realistic and consistent product strategic marketing plan in line with corporate strategy

Work with sales force to ensure implementation of tactical marketing plan

Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers

Monitor and control product performance and adjust plans accordingly

Requirements:

Degree holder preferably in Science, Pharmaceuticals, Marketing or related disciplines
