Assistant Customer Service Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Customer Service Manager for one of our MNC clients. The position holder will be responsible for managing the customer service function including training and call center operations.

To meet job requirement, he/she should have the following related experience:

- University degree in Business Administration
- Has been in a supervisory role for at least 2 years
- Has managed a call center previously
- Strong English and Mandarin Chinese skills
