CRM & Research Manager Post Date: 15 Jul 09

Responsibilities:



*
Develop and implement effective strategies and marketing programs to deliver business target and monitor performance of the business
*
Identify business opportunities and develop research plan for both internal and external customers by provision of marketing insights, findings and strategies
*
Actively involve in marketing research, search engine marketing and analyzing customer data to support various businesses and achieve the business goals of the company
*
Work closely with external and internal parties for marketing services support



Requirements:



*
University graduate in Business Administration, Statistics or Social Science related discipline
*
Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in market research, customer relationship management, strategy development and marketing programs execution
*
Hands-on experience in marketing research, customer segmentation and data mining is highly preferred
*
Sound knowledge in Internet business is an advantage
*
Proven strategic thinker with strong business sense, excellent analytical and communication skills
*
Good team player and able to work under pressure with tight timelines
*
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
