A fast expanding container logistics group with extensive operations in China/SE Asia is now looking for high caliber candidates to join us as:
Marketing / Customer Services Manager
Post Date: 01 Aug 09
Responsibilities:-
The incumbent will assist in the planning, formulation and implementation of all marketing and customer service programmes
Responsible for depot promotion and to develop and support marketing strategy.
Follow up client orders / complaint
Handle all documentation for marketing dept.
Coordinate with overseas customers & PRC / HK depot
Participate in ad-hoc projects

Requirements:-
University degree in communications, marketing or relevant discipline
At least 2 years experience in marketing/customer service management, preferably in shipping industry
Work experience in logistics or depot operation will be an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, mature, stable, able to work independent, confident, multi-tasking and business-minded
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua
Proficient PC skills (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
Tactful in handling acute situations and good analytical skills
Outdoor activities may be necessary
Immediately available is preferable
