Customer Service Workshop Manager

Customer Service Workshop Manager


Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operation of the customer service workshop
- Provide support to customer complaints on technical aspects
- Prepare regular reports to the Headquarters on the technical issues
- Monitor the productivities of the watchmakers and accurate planning on spare parts inventory for the workshop
- Design suitable training programs for the existing watchmakers
- Organize watchmaker skill audit according to the headquarters guidelines on a regular basis

Requirements:

- Post Secondary
- Minimum with 8 years’ relevant working experience in watch industry
- Posses experience in inventory management
- Strong people management and communication skill
- Well organized, good analytical skill and can lead a team independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
