Customer Service Manager

Successful candidate must have MLM experience with functional knowledge of network marketing and business experience in Hong Kong, be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese languages, have the ability to work independently, have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of the legal environment related to corporate operations and product registration, ability to make basic decisions when established procedures do not always apply and ability to develop strong working relationships with distributors.
Responsible for the processes and systems related to the servicing of Distributors/Customers and the support of the customer service staff. Provides exceptional levels of customer service and provides team members with the appropriate training, tools, directions and motivation that enable their success. Attend all meetings relating to Hong Kong. Provide supervision to Customer Service team. Offer cultural insight for corporate decision making related to Hong Kong. Participate in strategic and budget planning meetings as it pertains to Hong Kong. Coordinate communication of Hong Kong goals and objectives with Marketing Manager and Regional Director to ensure their suitability to Neways' strategic plans. Facilitate translation of documents into Chinese. Coordinate major communications concerning Hong Kong sales. Monitor erformance, conduct performance evaluations and makes recommendations concerning customer service employee status including retention, advancement, discipline and termination. Participates on speciality teams as needed to research and complete projects. Coordinate major IT communications and new program implementations between Hong Kong and corporate HQ. Communicate all problems or potential technical/system related problems with IT. Participate in ongoing maintenance required for the smooth generation of all bonus payouts. Travel to various regional and international offices as needed, to participate in training related to new and old technical processes and procedures. Direct and coordinate general operations concerning Hong Kong customer service program and sales. Assure timely delivery of services related to distributor relations, product distribution, order fulfillment, product information, bonus and compensation processing, etc. Mediate and assure timely resolution of issues related to all major phases of operations and distributor relations. Coordinate the generation of statistical reports showing sales and management activity for Hong Kong. Provide technical insight and assistance to marketing and operations staff for the development of programs and campaigns directed at Hong Kong. Receive and process feedback from distributors. Participate in planning and coordination of activities or events involving Hong Kong distributors. Other related duties as assigned.
