Responsibilities:
To support the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of
health promotion actives/ programmes related to prevention of both
communicable and non-communicable diseases at district levels.
To undertake research related to the development and end enhancement of
setting-based health promotion in district levels, including building up
and maintaining research data; and to compile reports to monitor the
progress and outcome related the setting-based health promotion programmes
To assist in developing resource materials to support setting-based
health promotion programmes
To liaise with other stakeholders and mobilize alliances to support
Department's health promotion strategy in the community
To supervise project officers in carrying out their duties especially in
implementation of health promotion programmes
Requirements:
A Hong Kong Bachelor's degree or equivalent
At least 7 years post-degree working experience; preference will be
given to applicants with post-graduate degree and experience in dealing
with non-government organizations
Have good knowledge and/or relevant experience in conducting research on
health promotion, developing written proposals, action plans, data
management and presentations including report writing
Experience with programme/project mangement including development,
planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision
Proficiency in Chinese and English writing with grade C or above in
HKCEE or equivalent
Flkuent Cantonese and English, preferably be able to speak Putonghua
