Responsible for key clients’ order attacking, operation control and after-sale service.
Responsible for key customers’ relationship management, including relationship maintenance, cooperation, communication and etc.
Job Requirement:
Junior college degree or above, in business management, public relations or related field.
3 years+ customer service experience in service industry, i.e. logistics, mobile communications or hotel; Customer relationship management experience in large logistics companies is preferred.
Professional training experience in relationship management, client maintenance, customer service skills and related areas.
Great ability of communication and negotiation.
