Product Managers Post Date: 11 Jul 09

You will identify emerging technology and trends to make value propositions for our products and business. You will manage and participate in the product management function, which includes product development, new product introduction and product life-cycle management of our line of notebooks, desktop PCs and peripherals across the region. You will drive internal and external initiatives for new products development, determine product offerings and drive product enhancements through identifying key selling features and evaluating and selecting compatible software and hardware peripherals. In addition, you will manage product life-cycle planning and forecasting as well as developing competitive presentation materials to provide product training to internal teams and external customers.



Job Requirements:

*

Degree in Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electronics and Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years' product marketing experience in the PC industry is essential
*

Extensive knowledge of PC / Mobile handset components and familiar with PC / Mobile handsets technology trends
*

Highly competent, proactive with a strong passion for IT
*

Outstanding knowledge and understanding of technology trends and market competition
*

Strong analytical, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
